• Expert Advisor™ Group — the real estate team/agent that operates this website on the Platform.

When another team, individual agent, or broker licenses this software, these Terms apply with their name substituted in place of the "Team" above. Real estate services are always provided by a licensed brokerage and its supervised agents — not by Market Authority™, which is a software provider only.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, republish, or redistribute site content except as expressly permitted.
• Use the site or its data for any commercial purpose, including competitive analysis or resale.

• All real estate transactions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and to the brokerage's supervision.
• Agents are licensed only in specific states. If your matter is outside their licensed jurisdiction, you may be referred to a licensed partner.

Fair Housing

All services are offered in compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, source of income, or any other class protected by law.

Communications Consent

By submitting a form or contacting an agent through the site, you consent to receive email and phone follow-up related to your inquiry. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Disclaimer

The site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. No warranty is made about MLS data, valuations, or AI output.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, none of Market Authority™, Expert Advisor™ Group, [Brokerage pending], or their respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site.

Indemnification
